Juice ("we", "us", or "our") operates a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects drivers who need to charge an electric vehicle with hosts who make their private charging stations available by the hour. Account information: name, email address, and authentication details when you register as a host.
Booking information: the listing, session start time, duration, and amount you book, and the email you provide at checkout.
Listing information: address, charger details, and pricing that hosts publish.
Usage data: device and browser information, approximate location derived from your input, and how you interact with the app.

2. How we use information

To process bookings and payments and to deliver the charging session you reserved.
To notify hosts of new bookings and to provide booking confirmations.
To operate, secure, and improve the Juice service.
To prevent fraud, double-booking, and abuse of the platform.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing of information

We share booking details (such as the session time and location) between the driver and the host of that booking so the service can be delivered. We share payment data with our payment processor solely to complete transactions. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data retention

We keep booking and account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Where applicable, you may also have rights under local data protection laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
