Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms govern your use of Juice, a peer-to-peer marketplace for renting private EV charging time. By creating an account, listing a charger, or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using Juice
You may use Juice only for lawful purposes. You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. Drivers book charging sessions for their own use; hosts agree to make a working charger available for the booked time.
2. Listings and bookings
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for ensuring their charger is safe and operational. Bookings are subject to availability. A confirmed booking reserves the charger for the chosen time window; overlapping sessions are not permitted.
3. Payments and fees
Each booking is paid securely at checkout. The price is set by the host and shown before you confirm. Juice charges a platform fee of 15% of the total, which is deducted from the host's payout. The minimum charge is $0.50.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Refunds for failed or undelivered sessions are handled in accordance with the payment processor's policy. If you cannot use a confirmed booking, contact us as soon as possible.
5. Liability
Juice facilitates connections between drivers and hosts but is not a party to the charging service itself. You use chargers at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring your vehicle and charging equipment are compatible. Juice is not liable for damage to vehicles or equipment, or for a host's failure to deliver a session beyond refunding the booking.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Listing a charger you do not own or are not authorized to share.
- Booking sessions you do not intend to use.
- Attempting to bypass payment or the platform's booking system.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
8. Contact
For questions about these Terms, contact the Juice team through the app's support channel.
